Wonder Man makers have something to say about Season 2. Months after the Marvel series was renewed for another season, co-creators Andrew Guest and Destin Daniel Cretton weighed in on what is in store for Simon Williams.

Yahya Abdul-Mateen II and Ben Kingsley will be returning as Williams and Trevor Slattery, with Guest serving as showrunner and Cretton as director. Both of whom are also executive producers of the upcoming season. Wonder Man becomes the third live-action MCU series to receive a second season, joining Loki and Daredevil: Born Again.
What is the Wonder Man Season 2 update?
The latest update on Wonder Man Season 2 comes from Andrew Guest, who revealed that it would focus on Simon and Trevor. An excerpt from a comment to The Hollywood Reporter reads, “Guest says season two will reckon with Simon and Trevor’s legal standing without abandoning their charming dynamic as actors-in-arms.” He further added, “Simon makes a real friend for the first time in his life. Moving forward, that is going to be more important to him as a person than any dream role.”
Destin Daniel Cretton, while remaining tight-lipped to Variety about the upcoming installment, assured fans that it would remain true to its spirit. “We love these characters. We’re not planning to suddenly turn this into a completely different show,” Cretton said.
