Sam Blakeman (Jude Riordan) takes a turn for the worse in Coronation Street next week.

His hallucinations worsen to a point where he thinks Will Driscoll (Lucas Hodgson-Wale) is trying to kill him, and he envisions two versions of Roy Cropper (David Neilson).
Will has his own troubles too, as abuser Megan Walsh (Beth Nixon) lures him into a meeting at the Freschco carpark.
Meanwhile, Summer Spellman (Harriet Bibby) makes a desperate attempt to get out of her prison confines, and the spotlight turns towards Gary Windass (Mikey North) once again.
Daniel Osbourne (Rob Mallard) has a meeting with a social worker, while Tyrone Dobbs (Alan Halsall) comes clean to wife Fiz (Jennie McAlpine) about his involvement in Carl Webster’s (Jonathan Howard) accident.
Here’s everything happening in Coronation Street between Sunday 7 and Friday 12 June.
7 Coronation Street spoilers for next week
1. Summer Spellman is hospitalised

Shockwaves ripple across the cobbles when Todd receives a call from the prison informing him that Summer has been rushed to hospital. The news takes an even darker turn when Summer confesses that her condition wasn’t accidental.
Struggling to cope behind bars, she deliberately switched off her insulin pump in a desperate attempt to escape the reality of prison life.
Todd is left reeling by the revelation and later shares the devastating news with friends in the Rovers. As the conversation unfolds, someone finds it difficult to conceal their guilt.

Could it be Tyrone, who lied to the police about seeing Summer on the night of Theo’s death?
Later, Todd joins Asha and Nina at Summer’s bedside. The visit proves emotional as Summer breaks down, admitting she’s terrified of returning to prison and sees little hope for the future.
Meanwhile, Kit’s instincts refuse to let the matter rest. Observing a series of tense and secretive conversations, he becomes increasingly convinced that something doesn’t add up.
2. Maria Connor is worried about her marriage to Gary Windass

Determined to pursue every lead, Kit turns his attention to Gary once again and questions him about Todd’s missing phone. Gary keeps his cards close to his chest and claims to know nothing, but Kit isn’t buying it.
Kit then tells Lisa that he’s convinced Gary is withholding crucial information and vows to uncover exactly what he’s hiding.
Already unsettled by Gary’s recent behaviour, Maria struggles to mask her growing anxiety about the state of their relationship. Matters worsen when Kit makes it abundantly clear that Gary remains firmly on his radar.

Downhearted Maria waits for her husband in Speed Daal and opens up to Shona about her fears. Admitting that things between her and Gary haven’t felt right for some time, she begins to wonder whether their relationship is heading towards disaster.
The situation escalates when Gary apologises for letting her down, only for Kit and Lisa to arrive unexpectedly. When Lisa explains they need Maria to revisit her witness statement, Gary is visibly shaken.
What have the police found?

Daniel faces an anxious wait for social worker Ruth Hawley (Amy Drake) to arrive at the flat. Keen to reassure those around him, he thanks Adam and Alya for their support and reveals he believes he knows who reported him to social services.
Who could have reported him, and is his theory correct?
4. David Platt makes an accusation about Jodie Ramsey

There’s disappointment for Shona when David is unable to locate Harper’s five-month milestone card. The missing keepsake results in them missing an important hospital photo session, leaving her heartbroken.
Back at home, tempers flare as David accuses Jodie of taking the card, further increasing tensions within the household.
Determined to make amends, David arranges a romantic evening for Shona and surprises her with a thoughtful gift box packed with precious memories, including Harper’s ultrasound photographs, her hospital bracelet and a special babygrow.
5. Sam Blakeman takes a devastating turn for the worse as Megan Walsh dupes Will Driscoll

Will opens up to Hope, admitting that he’s seriously considering walking away from athletics because every race reminds him of Megan. Hope refuses to let him quit without a fight, insisting that giving up would mean allowing Megan to dictate his future.
Watching the exchange from afar is Sam, whose thoughts are becoming increasingly troubled.
Soon afterwards, he imagines hearing Roy encouraging him to take action and eliminate Will from his life once and for all. When he protests that violence isn’t in his nature, the imagined Roy responds by branding him a coward and declaring their friendship finished.

The encounter leaves Sam deeply unsettled. Later, he casually references a previous incident involving Will, only for the real Roy to look completely baffled.
Elsewhere, Will tells Hope that an old running friend from Hull has invited him to meet up. But when he arrives, he’s stunned to discover Megan waiting instead. Realising he’s been lured there under false pretences, Will is left wondering what she wants.
Back on the Street, Sam’s mental state continues to deteriorate. Imagining Roy beside him once again, he heads to the Rovers and finds Will alone in the back room. While Will focuses on a shooting game, Sam becomes convinced by the voice in his head that Will intends to kill him.

Panicking, Sam flees. Will follows out of concern, but Sam races into the café and locks himself inside. What follows is deeply alarming as he comes face-to-face with both the real Roy and the version that exists only in his mind.
Nick, Toyah and Leanne gather outside, desperately pleading with their son to let them in, and the situation becomes increasingly volatile.
He obviously flees, as later, Carla spots him alone in the precinct. Noticing his obvious distress, she gently attempts to calm him while secretly calling Nick. But when he and David arrive, Sam bolts once again.

A shaken Carla fears the worst and suggests that Sam may be suffering from psychosis.
6. Tyrone Dobbs comes clean to wife Fiz

Carl confides in Tyrone that he’s been experiencing vivid flashbacks about the night he was injured and is now convinced the incident happened inside the garage. His comments leave Tyrone deeply shaken.
Already struggling with guilt over Summer’s imprisonment, he finally reaches breaking point and tells Fiz the truth about causing Carl’s accident and wanting to protect himself.
Horrified by the revelation, Fiz immediately orders Tyrone to hand over the footage he took of Carl tampering with Kevin’s brakes.
7. The Weatherfield women gather together to help Debbie Webster

There’s finally a reason to smile for Debbie when Christina, Glenda and Sally spring a surprise on her. To her delight, the trio reveal they’re whisking her away on a holiday to Spain.
Later, Ronnie gathers Debbie’s besties in the Rovers and announces that he has a plan.
