Actor Alia Bhatt marked Sharvari’s birthday with a heartfelt social media post on June 14, sharing a special video and warm wishes for her Alpha co-star. Taking to her social media handle, Alia posted a never-seen-before clip of Sharvari playing the piano. Alongside the video, she wrote, “Happy birthday star. Wishing you all the joy in the world & more.”

Alia’s birthday wish comes at a significant time for the project. Just days earlier, the makers unveiled the first promotional asset of the film, titled The First Kill. The teaser offered audiences a glimpse into the world of Alpha and introduced Alia Bhatt and Bobby Deol as a daughter-father duo.

The teaser also hinted at a secret programme called “Alpha,” which is designed to train young Indian soldiers. Packed with action sequences, the video showcased Alia in an intense and physically demanding role, generating excitement among fans ahead of the film’s release.

Alpha is particularly notable as it is being positioned as the first female-led film within the YRF Spy Universe. Apart from Alia Bhatt and Bobby Deol, the film also features Anil Kapoor in a prominent role. The action thriller is scheduled to arrive in cinemas on July 3, 2026.

Meanwhile, Sharvari is currently seen in Imtiaz Ali’s latest directorial venture, Main Vaapas Aaunga. The film, which released in theatres on June 12, stars Vedang Raina and Diljit Dosanjh alongside an ensemble cast.

In the film, Vedang plays the younger version of a character portrayed by veteran actor Naseeruddin Shah. While Main Vaapas Aaunga has received positive reviews from critics and sections of the audience, it has faced challenges at the box office and is yet to translate the appreciation into strong theatrical footfalls.

Sharvari has been steadily building a diverse filmography in recent years, and Alpha is expected to be one of the biggest projects of her career. With both actors promoting the film’s first look and sharing moments off-screen, fans are looking forward to seeing Alia and Sharvari together on the big screen.
