Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt has taken to Instagram Stories to express her appreciation for TVF’s rural drama series Gram Chikitsalay, ahead of the show’s second season premiere on June 23 on Prime Video.

Gram Chikitsalay, created by The Viral Fever (TVF) and directed by Rahul Pandey, stars Amol Parashar and Akansha Ranjan Kapoor. The series is set in a rural backdrop and follows the lives of its central characters with a focus on grounded, authentic storytelling.

Alia shared a poster of the show and wrote, “My fav doctor is back! @akansharanjankapoor.” For the unversed, Alia and Akansha are close friends.

The second season of the series will premiere globally on June 23. The announcement of the new season was made as part of Prime Video Presents, where TVF also unveiled a broader slate of upcoming projects.

The TVF lineup announced at the Prime Video showcase includes films such as Vvan and College Fest, new shows including Pyramid and Vansh, and new seasons of Aspirants, Panchayat, Gram Chikitsalay, Sapne vs Everyone, and Sandeep Bhaiya.

Gram Chikitsalay Season 2 is created by TVF and directed by Rahul Pandey. The series stars Amol Parashar and Akansha Ranjan Kapoor and streams on Prime Video from June 23, 2026.
