Apple TV and Peacock Premium Plus just got cheaper together, and Amazon is the one making it happen

Apple TV and Peacock Premium Plus just got cheaper together, and Amazon is the one making it happen

Posted on April 15, 2026April 15, 2026 By webseriesdownload No Comments on Apple TV and Peacock Premium Plus just got cheaper together, and Amazon is the one making it happen

At this point, managing streaming subscriptions feels a lot like playing whack-a-mole with your bank account. Every few months, something goes up in price, or a new tier appears. So when a deal actually makes sense, it is worth paying attention to. Amazon is now bundling Apple TV and Peacock Premium Plus together for $20 a month on Prime Video, saving you $10 compared to subscribing to both individually.

What you are getting

The bundle brings together two services that have built some of the best content libraries in streaming. Apple TV brings originals like Shrinking and Pluribus, while Peacock covers everything from award-winning shows like The Traitors to content from NBC, Bravo, and Universal Pictures. Both services are largely ad-free, except for live sports, which seems to be the one sacred space advertisers will never surrender. Peacock’s Premium Plus tier also lets you download titles for offline viewing and throws in access to local NBC stations, which is a genuinely useful bonus depending on where you live.

Bought separately, Apple TV costs $13 a month, and Peacock Premium Plus costs $17 a month, for a total of $30. The bundle knocks that down to $20, saving you $10 every month. That is $120 a year back in your pocket, which is practically another streaming service.

How to get it

You will need an active Amazon Prime subscription for this and a US billing address. Once you have that, head to the Subscriptions menu inside Prime Video, and it should be waiting for you there. Amazon notes this is available for a limited time, so it is not a permanent fixture on the menu.

So, if you already subscribe to either service, this is a fairly easy decision. Paying less for two things you were already paying for separately is not a complicated value proposition. If you have been on the fence about either platform, the bundled price makes trying both considerably less painful. The content across both services is strong enough that $20 a month is hard to argue with, especially when that same amount barely covers a single premium tier on some other platforms.

The Batman Part II: Release date, cast, plot, and everything we know so far

The Batman Part II is coming in 2027

Catwoman looks at Batman in The Batman.

The Batman: Part II is now set for an October 1, 2027 release, following multiple delays that pushed the sequel well beyond its original 2025 window. The extended timeline reflects a longer development cycle for director Matt Reeves’ follow-up, with the script only recently completed and production now expected to begin in spring 2026.
The sequel continues Reeves’ grounded take on Gotham, which began with The Batman in 2022. That film earned over $770 million globally and established a more detective-driven version of Bruce Wayne, set within what Reeves has described as an “epic crime saga.” Part II is expected to build directly on that foundation, exploring the aftermath of Gotham’s collapse and Bruce’s evolving role within it.
The delays have been tied to both industry-wide disruptions and Reeves’ deliberate approach to the script. DC Studios co-head James Gunn has confirmed that a completed draft is now in place, allowing the project to move forward after a prolonged development phase. With production finally on the horizon, the sequel is shifting from uncertainty to execution.
Robert Pattinson will return as Bruce Wayne/Batman and there are details with regards to the other cast as well. In a recent interview to French reality show C à vous, Pattinson shared that “The new script is so, so good, I’m very excited about it.”However, that is not all there is to update about this much-talked about film and thus, here is a complete rumor roundup.
When is The Batman Part II releasing?

The Batman: Part II has seen several release date changes. The Batman Part II was initially supposed to premiere on October 3, 2025. Unfortunately, nothing is guaranteed in the world of filmmaking.
The Batman Part II’s release date was pushed by nearly a year to October 2, 2026. The film was then delayed again by almost another year. The Batman Part IIis now scheduled to premiere on October 1, 2027. Oof.
Yes, the world will have to wait even longer to see Pattinson suit up again, marking a five-year span between the original film and the sequel. The delays stem from a combination of factors. The writers’ and actors’ strikes slowed development across Hollywood, while Reeves took additional time to finalize the script. Given the scale and expectations surrounding the sequel, the extended timeline appears to be a deliberate choice rather than a production setback.
The result is a five-year gap between the first film and its sequel — longer than typical superhero franchise timelines, but not unusual for director-driven projects of this scope.
What’s the plot of The Batman Part II?

Bloodborne is getting an animated film treatment at Sony

After Elden Ring, another FromSoftware masterpiece is heading to the big screen!

The Hunter with weapons in hand facing the city of Yharnam in Bloodborne key art.

Sony Pictures dropped some exciting news at CinemaCon 2026. The beloved gothic horror video game Bloodborne is getting an R-rated animated film adaptation. According to a Variety report, the film will stay “very true” to the gory, nightmarish spirit that made the game so iconic. And honestly, that is exactly what fans needed to hear.

For the uninitiated, Bloodborne is a gothic action horror game developed by FromSoftware and published by Sony Interactive Entertainment. Players step into the role of a Hunter navigating the cursed city of Yharnam. The city is ravaged by a mysterious blood-borne illness that has turned its citizens into violent, deranged beasts.

Dune 3 is coming sooner than its director originally planned

Timothee Chalamet stands near a desert wall in a still from the movie Dune: Part Two.

Dune: Part Three is set for a December 18, 2026 release, confirming that Denis Villeneuve’s return to Arrakis is happening sooner than expected — and bringing his adaptation of Frank Herbert’s saga to a close. The third film is positioned as the conclusion to Villeneuve’s trilogy, following Dune: Part One (2021) and Dune: Part Two (2024), the latter of which crossed $700 million globally and significantly expanded the franchise’s audience.
The trailer for Dune: Part Three was released in March and it offers the clearest look yet at how the final chapter is being shaped. It shifts the focus away from Paul Atreides’ rise and toward the consequences of his rule. Paul is shown as an emperor dealing with political instability, resistance, and the long-term fallout of the empire built in his name. The scale remains, but the emphasis is more controlled — less about conquest, more about power and its consequences.
The trailer points to a clear shift in direction. Instead of continuing Paul Atreides’ rise, the film focuses on the consequences of his rule. Paul is shown as an emperor dealing with political instability, resistance, and the long-term fallout of the empire built in his name. The tone is more restrained and inward-looking, with a stronger emphasis on power, control, and the cost of both.

Villeneuve had planned to take a break after Part Two
Following the release of Dune: Part Two director Denis Villeneuvehad statedseveral months ago that he planned to take a bit of a break between Dune: Part Two and its intended sequel, Dune: Messiah. However, coming off the immense success of Dune: Part Two earlier this year, which received rave reviews from both critics and casual moviegoers alike and earned over $700 million at the box office, it sounds like Villeneuve has thrown his original vacation plans out the window.
