Chelsea Fox (Zaraah Abrahams) has been pushed to make a big decision in EastEnders.

Earlier this month, Ian Beale (Adam Woodyatt) accidentally knocked over Jordan Fox (Jahsaiah Williams) with his car.
He was desperate to guide drunken mum Kathy (Gillian Taylforth) away from Vicki Fowler (Alice Haig) and Ross Marshall’s (Alex Walkinshaw) wedding, unaware that the youngster was roaming the streets, having grown tired of the party.
Chelsea had ordered him to return to the marquee, and screamed out into the night when she realised that he was actually unconscious on the floor.
Jordan has since had life-changing spinal surgery, which could leave him permanently paralysed. While she initially took some responsibility for not watching over him, matters have turned sour with Ian again and Chelsea dealt him a menacing slap.

To make matters worse for the Fox-Trueman clan, Denise Fox (Diane Parish) has been diagnosed with acute myeloid leukaemia, an aggressive form of blood cancer, and this week began her intensive chemotherapy.
Youngest daughter Libby (Belinda Owusu) staged a return to support her mum, but before long, found herself entwined in another drama. Chelsea explained that her estranged, serial killer husband Gray Atkins’s (Toby-Alexander Smith) grandmother Sheila (Sheila Ruskin) had been sending a number of cheques for Jordan, but she hadn’t cashed any of them.
Libby sneakily grabbed one of the envelopes, and decided to take it upon herself to contact Sheila. She hoped that the money would help with Jordan’s care, and the expensive wheelchair that he’ll require.
Of course, she wasn’t around during Gray’s reign of terror, which saw him responsible for the deaths of three residents. He was finally imprisoned after pleading guilty to his crimes in 2022.
In today’s episode, at the hospital, Chelsea was trying to juggle visiting Jordan and trying to find cover for her shift at Harry’s Barn. Although boss Nicola Mitchell (Laura Doddington) was sympathetic, Chelsea was furious that she was the one having to arrange replacement staffing.
When Jordan asked to see Denise, Chelsea was forced to lie and say that she was busy at work.

Later, Libby made an attempt at reaching out to Sheila, though was interrupted by Jack Branning (Scott Maslen), who said that Denise had requested to see her and Chelsea. She implored them to stand by one another during the difficult time ahead, and they both agreed to have their bone marrow tested should their mum require a transplant.
Heading back to Albert Square, the sisters tried to take their minds off things with a drink at The Vic. A text arrived from Sheila, and Libby quickly turned her phone over and hid it.

However, when Chelsea asked to take a selfie on her phone, another notification appeared and the truth was outed.
A furious Chelsea ordered Libby to stay out of her life, though after a heart-to-heart with Eve Panesar-Unwin (Heather Peace) about wanting the best for Jordan, she changed her mind.
With support from Libby, she called Sheila for help.
But is she making the right decision?
