“Love drives you mad!” Independent Film Company has revealed the badass initial teaser trailer for Motor City, a thriller from filmmaker Potsy Ponciroli hitting theaters in July this summer. A must see first look! “A thunderous, high-octane revenge saga powered by pure cinematic force.” Set in 1970s Detroit, a working-class romantic is framed by a ruthless gangster after falling for his girlfriend. After years spent in prison, he returns with only one mission: revenge. Holy hell this looks awesome! And there’s not much dialogue in it at all. Starring Alan Ritchson, Shailene Woodley, Pablo Schreiber, Ben Foster, and Ben McKenzie. Featuring a rock score by Jack White. Along with immersive sound design & some incredible action stunts. This earned strong reviews out of the Toronto Film Festival last year, with critics describing it: “Motor City is a dialogue-free revenge thriller that plays like the longest, grittiest 70s music video you’ve ever seen.” Yep.
