“Nowhere to hide.” 🔥 Deadites mayhem! Warner Bros has unveiled the first look teaser trailer for the new Evil Dead Burn movie, arriving in theaters in July in the middle of the summer. This teaser has already been playing in theaters over the weekend – it’s finally online for everyone to enjoy. And it’s a blast! Evil Dead Burn is a brand new horror entry in Sam Raimi’s ongoing Deadite series, this one directed by the French filmmaker Sébastien Vanicek, who impressed Raimi with his spider horror Infested a few years ago. Vanicek says his intention with this is to “create a visceral, sensory experience that punches the audience in the gut. I want people to feel physically drained when they leave the theater, like they’ve been through an emotional & intense journey.” A woman heads to her in-laws’ house to discover they’ve all been turned into Deadites. With Souheila Yacoub, Tandi Wright, Hunter Doohan, Luciane Buchanan, Errol Shand, Maude Davey, George Pullar, Greta Van Den Brink. Now THIS is how you cut a teaser! Damn! I’m all in now.
Here’s the first look teaser for Sébastien Vanicek’s horror film Evil Dead Burn, direct from YouTube:

Evil Dead Burn unleashes the franchise’s most savage and terrifying ride to date, blazing onto big screens with an all-new chapter of carnage and demonic mayhem. After the loss of her husband, a woman seeks solace with her in-laws in their secluded family home. As one by one they are transformed into Deadites—turning the gathering into a family reunion from hell. She comes to discover the vows she took in life… live on even in death. Evil Dead Burn is directed by talented French genre filmmaker Sébastien Vaniček, making his second feature film after directing spider horror Infested previously. The screenplay is written by Florent Bernard & Sébastien Vanicek, based on the characters created by Sam Raimi. Produced by Sam Raimi & Rob Tapert. Made by New Line Cinema, Screen Gems, Ghost House Pictures. Warner Bros releases Vanicek’s Evil Dead Burn horror in theaters nationwide starting July 10th, 2026 this summer. Look good?
