“Life makes sense to me on stage.” Netflix revealed their full official trailer for a documentary series called Kylie, another new music biopic doc about the iconic Kylie Minogue. This is arriving to watch streaming on Netflix starting on May 20th later this month. Kylie is a three part documentary series about the actress / singer / songwriter Kylie Minogue – born in Melbourne, Australia in 1958. From soap star to superstar, Kylie’s career has been full of twists, turns and spinning around — as she candidly reveals in this unfiltered documentary. Addressing public scrutiny, personal loss and illness through home movies & interviews. This new doc Kylie explores how she reshaped pop and became one of music’s most enduring icons, selling over 80 million records. Directed by Emmy / BAFTA Award-winner Michael Harte & produced by John Battsek’s Ventureland, Kylie tells it how it is, with insights from friends, family and collaborators – including Dannii Minogue, Jason Donovan, Nick Cave and Pete Waterman – celebrating the joy, connection and euphoria that makes Kylie unmistakably Kylie. “Closer than ever before” is the tagline.
