England face off against New Zealand in a friendly on Saturday night in their penultimate game before heading off to World Cup 2026.
The Three Lions, who are among the favourites to lift the trophy this summer, will play New Zealand on Saturday and then Costa Rica on Wednesday as part of a preparation camp in South Florida.
Thomas Tuchel’s side, who will face Croatia, Ghana and Panama in Group L, won all eight of their qualifiers while scoring 22 times without conceding.
Tuchel has picked his World Cup squad and he’ll be hoping he’s got the right personnel to call upon as the Three Lions look to go all the way for the first time since 1966.
New Zealand are making just their third World Cup appearance this summer and their first since 2010. The 85th-ranked side will face Iran, Egypt and Belgium in Group G.
