An early look at all the removals currently scheduled and expected throughout May 2026.

As we look towards the middle of the year, we arrive at May 2026, and Netflix is once again clearing out its library to make room for a fresh batch of new releases. Unfortunately, a new month means saying goodbye to a massive lineup of beloved movies and binge-worthy shows.
The first of the month is taking a particularly heavy toll on the US library, with blockbuster franchises like Mission: Impossible (after just a single month) and Jaws packing their bags, alongside critically acclaimed favorites like Whiplash, Moonrise Kingdom, and Erin Brockovich.
Later in the month, you’ll also lose your chance to stream the hit Bryan Cranston series Your Honor, the zombie thriller Train to Busan, and recent theatrical drops like AfrAId. If any of these have been lingering on your watchlist, your time is officially running out.
Please note: All removals from Netflix are subject to change due to licensing agreements. Netflix may extend licenses or remove titles earlier than listed. Removal dates may also vary by region.
