Ahead of its digital release later this month, Well Go USA has shared a trailer for director Yuen Woo-Ping’s Wuxia adventure Blades of the Guardians: Wind Rises in the Desert.
The film follows a ruthless bounty hunter as he escorts the empire’s deadliest outlaw on a perilous journey to Chang’an city, when the pair become the target of brutal warriors from across the land.
The cast includes Jet Li, Wu Jing, Nicholas Tse, Yosh Yu, Chen Lijun, Sun Yizhou, Cisha, Li Yunxiao, Tony Leung Ka Fai, Max Zhang, Kara Wai, and Zhang Yi. Watch the trailer below…
