Against Goodbye, which collected Rs. 0.93 crore on Day 1, Cocktail 2 has performed significantly better, earning over fourteen times as much.
The gap becomes even more pronounced when compared to Varisu, which registered an opening day collection of Rs. 0.80 crore in Hindi markets. Cocktail 2 has surpassed that figure by Rs. 12.30 crore. Likewise, it has comfortably raced ahead of Kuberaa, which opened at Rs. 0.20 crore, collecting almost sixty-five times more on its first day.
