“We’ve got an island to save!” “Who’s with us?!” 🦖 Paramount has revealed the main official trailer for the animated sequel PAW Patrol: The Dino Movie, hitting theaters starting this August. This joins with the full official trailer for the other dino movie this summer out on the exact same day – The End of Oak Street. The Paw Patrol lands on a mysterious dinosaur island after a storm, where they meet Rex, a stranded pup. When Humdinger’s reckless mining triggers a big volcano, the team faces their biggest rescue mission yet to save the island. The full ensemble voice cast includes Carter Young, Mckenna Grace, Terry Crews, Meredith MacNeill, Ron Pardo, with Jennifer Hudson, Hayden Chemberlen, Fortune Feimster, Jameela Jamil, Rain Janjua, Bill Nye, Paris Hilton, Lucien Duncan-Reid, William Desrosiers, Nylan Parthipan, Snoop Dogg, and Henry Bolan. With new music by Backstreet Boys. It’s the next follow-up to Paw Patrol: The Movie in 2021 and Paw Patrol: The Mighty Movie in 2023 – a kids animation series from the hit TV show about a group of talking dogs who go on crazy adventures. This looks especially fun and full of all kinds of unique dinosaurs. It’s also nice to see them befriend the dinos & try to save them from a volcano instead of running from them.

When PAW Patrol’s archrival, Mayor Humdinger, begins recklessly mining in hopes of exploiting the island for its natural resources, he inadvertently causes a huge, dormant volcano to erupt. The PAW Patrol pups are thrown into a series of high-stakes, dino-sized rescues bigger than anything they’ve done before, as they must stop Humdinger before everything on the island goes extinct. PAW Patrol: The Dino Movie is an animated film once again directed by animation filmmaker Cal Brunker, of the two other PAW Patrol movies, Escape from Planet Earth, and The Nut Job 2: Nutty by Nature previously, and one other short + more animation work.
