Kylie Minogue is set to make a guest appearance in tonight’s Madonna & Graham special on BBC One.

The programme, which will see Graham meet with music megastar Madonna for an in-depth interview about her life and career, was filmed in London last month and is set to air tonight (26 June) at 10.40pm.

Confirming that the former Neighbours star appears in a scene set at a bar, Graham said on The Radio 2 Breakfast show on Friday morning: “We were in a little bar at the top and I think I can say this now because it’s leaked to the papers today. Me and Madonna were there and the bartender turned around. Kylie. Kylie Minogue. I was in a room with Madonna and Kylie Minogue!”

The Sun has reported that Minogue serves up drinks for Graham and Madonna during the sketch. Reportedly, Minogue plays a “barmaid” in the special.

Radio Times has contacted the BBC for further comment.

The 50-minute special will see Norton interview Madonna at KOKO in Camden, the venue where she played her first-ever UK show in 1983 as well as the launch of her landmark 2005 album, Confessions on a Dance Floor.

The interview, which comes ahead of the release of her much-anticipated new album Confessions II, will feature the singer reflecting on her early career, her enduring relationship with the UK and her most recent performances.

The BBC has promises the special will be “an unmissable television event”.

Speaking about the special, Norton said upon its announcement earlier this month: “As a lifelong fan it is always a thrill to interview Madonna. But to meet her on the dance floor where she first performed in London over 40 years ago felt incredibly special.”

Madonna & Graham will air on Friday 26 June at 10.40pm on BBC One and on BBC Radio 2 on Saturday 4 July at 6-8pm.
