Following the casting of Jamie Bell, Charlie Heaton, Jessica Brown Findlay, Lashana Lynch and Lucy Karczewski in the new Peaky Blinders sequel series, a host of new additions have been announced, including two returning favourites.

Ned Dennehy and Packy Lee will be reprising their roles as Charlie Strong and Johnny Dogs respectively, after both actors appeared in all six seasons of the original Peaky Blinders show, plus the recent film Peaky Blinders: The Immortal Man.
It was previously announced that Bell would be playing the son of Cillian Murphy’s Tommy Shelby, Duke, who was last seen in the filmed played by Barry Keoghan.
Now, we know who will be part of his Peaky Blinders gang, with Samuel Bottomley, Arturo Muselli, Eugene Collins and Lucie Shorthouse joining the series as new members Eliot, Angelo, Frank and Kezia Lee.

It was also previously confirmed that Heaton would be playing Tommy’s eldest son, Charles, who will be seen “embracing normality” and having “severed all ties to the Peaky Blinders gang, and the hedonistic Shelby lifestyle”.
The synopsis for the series says: “In this new era of Peaky Blinders, set a decade after World War Two, the race to rebuild Birmingham becomes a brutal contest of mythical dimensions. This is a city of unprecedented opportunity and jeopardy.”
It seems that one of those in the race to rebuild Birmingham will be Clemmy Keeler, the fierce patriarch of the Keeler gangster family who rival the Peaky Blinders. He will be played by Game of Thrones legend Conleth Hill.
Additionally, Cal O’Driscoll will play Clemmy’s son, Aidan Keeler, and Daniel Monks will play Detective Inspector Bell.
