Pemikat Jiwa is a 2026 Indonesian horror film about a young man who uses a ritual to win the love of a woman.

Directed by Dom Dharmo. The Makara Production stars Fajar Nugra, Givina Lukita, Erdin Werdrayana, Lucky Moniaga, Raffan Al Aryan, Khiva Iskak and Yuni Jasmin.

Plot:
Jay (Fajar Nugra), a young chicken butcher, becomes dangerously obsessed with winning the love of Wulan (Givina Lukita), a woman already engaged to another man, Damar (Erdin Werdrayana). Themes:
What begins as a desperate attempt to gain love spirals into a nightmare when the ritual unleashes dark supernatural forces. The story explores the consequences of obsession, manipulation, and the desire to possess another person completely.

Unlike many Indonesian horror films that focus primarily on ghosts or curses, Pemikat Jiwa combines supernatural horror with psychological horror:
Obsession vs. love – examining when affection becomes unhealthy possession.
Loss of free will – the horror of having one’s mind and emotions controlled.
The cost of forbidden shortcuts – every supernatural bargain carries consequences.
Psychological deterioration – both the victim and the perpetrator are affected by the ritual.
