The contestants dealt with another brutal blow in Survivor 50, with two favorites voted off. This marks the second time the double elimination twist has occurred, as last week, two contestants were also sent home when the show shifted its direction by dividing players into smaller groups. Additionally, the Fan Favorite award returned, allowing one lucky player to win $100,000 through a public vote.

What Happened on Survivor 50 on May 13?
Cirie Fields and Rick Devens were eliminated on Survivor 50 on May 13.
Devens was voted off after he chose to take a risky turn in the latest episode, which left him in a weak position at Tribal Council. He secured a fake idol that saved him for the night, but he immediately became a target later.
Being at the bottom, he willingly took a gamble when he was offered the chance to flip a coin that could either grant him immunity or result in instant elimination. However, the odds weren’t in his favor, and he was ultimately forced to burn his idols. Left with no immunity, he was eliminated.
Fields was eliminated at Tribal Council when she no longer had any voting protection and failed to shift the votes onto others. During the afternoon, she tried her best to redirect the target onto Aubry Bracco and convince everyone that she was a threat, but it simply didn’t work out. Most contestants ultimately perceived her as the strongest opponent, so when the votes came in against her, they didn’t hesitate to make the shocking move. With no leverage, she was ultimately voted out.
The fan favorite award went to Sia, who gave thousands of dollars from her personal account to Survivor players for years. The contestants left in the game are as follows: Aubry Bracco, Joseph “Joe” Hunter, Jonathan Young, Rizo Velovic, and Tiffany Ervin.
