After three weeks of gruelling trials, camp squabbles and terrifying challenges, the final of I’m a Celebrity South Africa 2026 finally arrived.

Tonight (24 April), the four finalists all made their way to the live studio final, where the power was in the hands of the public.
There was plenty of drama in tonight’s final, as contestants Jimmy Bullard and David Haye gave their peace on their time in the jungle, which resulted in Gemma Collins and Sinitta walking off stage as arguments ensued.
But as audiences tuned into the last leg of the final episode, it was revealed that Adam Thomas had been voted the I’m a Celebrity South Africa 2026 legend!

Tonight’s final was slightly different to what fans were used to from the 2023 run of the South Africa series.
Ahead of the series launch, hosts Ant and Dec confirmed that while season 2 was pre-recorded last year in South Africa, the grand final would be held live with the winner yet to be revealed.
As they did tonight, the celebrity cast were to gather in a UK studio and the public would get the chance to vote for this year’s I’m a Celebrity legend.
Discussing the format shake-up the duo said: “It’s going to be here in the UK, live on the television.
“We’re going to get all the cast back, we’ll have the finalists in the studio. It’ll be a live vote like we do in Australia and the public will decide their legend.”

In tonight’s episode, the remaining four campmates had to successfully complete one final trial to win their last meal together before leaving the camp.
Each trial had five stars available, and each campmate was responsible for a different course of each meal. Securing four stars meant everyone got the dinner course the campmates represent, while winning five stars meant the campmates also secured an extra treat.
Harry Redknapp competed for the starters, Craig Charles for the main courses, Adam Thomas for the desserts and Sir Mo Farah for the drinks.
