As Main Vaapas Aaunga arrived in cinemas on June 12, actress Sharvari marked the occasion by sharing a series of unseen photographs from the film’s shoot schedule in Punjab. The Instagram post offered fans a glimpse into her experience while filming the Imtiaz Ali directorial, featuring behind-the-scenes moments, scenic locations, and candid pictures with her co-stars and the filmmaker.

Directed by Imtiaz Ali, Main Vaapas Aaunga explores themes of love, memory, and longing across generations. The film features an ensemble cast led by Diljit Dosanjh, Naseeruddin Shah, Sharvari, and Vedang Raina, with music composed by A.R. Rahman.

The story follows Ishar Singh Grewal, a 95-year-old man grappling with memories from the pre-Partition era. As his grandson attempts to understand his past, long-buried emotions and an unfinished love story gradually come to the forefront. Sharvari plays Afsana Hasan, a woman who holds a significant place in Ishar’s memories, forming an integral part of the narrative that unfolds across different timelines.

Apart from the lead cast, the film also features Banita Sandhu, Danish Pandor, Anjana Sukhani, Rajat Kapoor, Sanjay Suri, and Kumud Mishra in important roles.
