Andscape has released a poster and trailer for director Sheldon Candis’ upcoming sports drama They Fight.
Based on the 2018 documentary of the same name, the film follows Walt (Andre Holland), a reformed ex-con looking for redemption as he accepts the role of coaching a ragtag trio of teenagers, alongside his old mentor Slim (Wendell Pierce), helping the youngboxers work their way to the Junior Nationals.
Joining Holland and Pierce in the cast is Samira Wiley, Anthony B. Jenkins, Toissaint Francois Battiste, and Mykelti Williamson. Watch the trailer below…

They Fight arrives on Hulu and Disney+ on July 17th.
