Channel 4’s thought-provoking series, Virgin Island, is returning for a second season as it introduces viewers to a new group of young people, all whom are struggling with intimacy anxiety.

This time, the participants know what the course has to offer and they’re all determined to make the most of it.

Guided by Celeste Harel and Danielle Hirschman and an expanded group of sex and relationships experts, the participants confront their sexual issues.

“It was so wonderful that they had some familiarity with the concept, so they came to the island with very well-thought out and specific goals,” Celeste said of filming season 2. “This made it easier for them to progress quickly and reach new heights of confidence, awareness and intimacy in a short period of time.”

Once more, the series is set on an idyllic Mediterranean retreat, the participants are getting sun soaked in addition to their intimacy courses – but just where exactly is Virgin Island?
